Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah : Few days ago Nagpur Police Control received an anonymous call from a person who threatened to blow up the house of Bollywood actors Amitabh Bachchan and Dharmendra. A day after that, it was reported that Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah actor Dilip Joshi is also in danger as 25 armed men have surrounded his Mumbai home. Reacting to the same, Dilip Joshi recently rubbished the news.

Talking to Hindustan Times on this matter, Dilip Joshi said, “This news is fake. Nothing like this happened. I don’t know where and how it started. This news is doing the rounds since two days and I was shocked to hear it.
He further said, “Bless the one for whom this false news spread. I got calls from so many people asking about my well being. Called so many old friends and extended family. It was nice meeting him (laughs). (Because of this) I came to know how much people love me. So many people were concerned about me and my family, it was heartening.”
He signed off by saying, “Humne agar kuch kiya ho to aisi koi baat nikley, bina sar jodi wali khabar hai yeh.”
According to a report in India Today, a call was sent to the Nagpur control room informing the police that 25 persons carrying arms and firearms were present outside the actor’s house. Reportedly, the caller introduced himself as Katke and said that 25 people were waiting outside Dileep’s house. As per the report, the caller also said that he heard some people discussing that these 25 persons had reached Mumbai to take action.
